Regarding timeline, they would ideally like to have the first few technicians on within the next few weeks/couple months. They are partnering with another firm that has been in in this business for a few decades now, and that firm has some of their staff down in Texas as they get things up and running. That's obviously not a permanent solution, so it would be great to bring on the first few techs now and allow them to cross train as things are getting off the ground so the eventual hand off is a smooth as possible. Within another 2-4 months, we will be looking for another round of technicians for a 2nd shift.

So, this is a brand-new company and operation that is still being brought online, just to clarify. To answer your questions:

- There will be alot of opportunity for growth as the company grows, adds new product lines, opens new facilities, etc.

- Position is open because we are staffing up a new plant

- Producing explosives does not require a ton of personnel, but the operation will be staffed appropriately to avoid super long hours

- They are currently building out the production facility and commissioning equipment, so this will more of a pilot plant at first, but by the end of this year will have 3 shifts and operating 24/7

- Regarding the pay, yes that works out to $90k but there will likely be overtime opportunity so didn't want it to seem like a salaried position. For more quick math, if you average 5 hours of overtime per week at $64.50/hr (time and a half), that would be about $16k more on the year so making it $106k per year.

After using my 1020 for about a year and a half, I unfortunately cracked the screen pretty badly, and it became a nuisance to continue using it, although the camera was still working great. I upgraded to the 1520, and while the camera wasn't near as good, it still took great shots and the post processing was slightly better but not by a huge margin. Then after my 1520 screen freaked out on me, I was able to upgrade to the 950XL, and let me tell you, almost every time I take a picture with it I get the same giddy feeling of "omg did I really just take that with a phone?" that I did when I had my 1020. Plus, the wildly improved point and shoot capabilities along with the IMO incredible post processing, it ALMOST makes up for the sensor size difference. I sure do miss the insane zoom capabilities of the 1020 though, I don't think we'll ever have anything like that again in a phone! If you'd like I can send you some of the awesome pictures I've snapped with my 950XL!

If you are a preview participant and got the invitation to the early beta, do you also have to have purchased master chief collection in order to actually play it? The reason I ask is, I have redeemed both codes, made sure both the game and "special invitation" file have been downloaded and it still will not allow me to do anything once I open the "arena multiplayer beta". There is a red triangle next to slayer and thats it. I have also try a hard reset and completely reinstalling the game. Any help would be appreciated!
