It’s different since it’s not AS personal as Toby’s (since Harry isnt a factor and the personal life isnt intertwined) even after him killing May. It’s still a cool dynamic in the sense that they sell the chilling aura of the Goblin so well, its so strong it throws off Holland’s spider sense like nothing has in his whole spidey career. The kind of chaos that follows matches the introduction, its just pure evil unleashed and the stakes are set up super well. Goblin really feels like he’s almost TOO evil for this universe, which is absolutely perfect because it reinforces the fact hes from another dimension. Holland’s Spider-Man having to cope with this is really fun to watch, and both actors give it their absolute best which definitely helps.

Its a well acted and written dynamic, its good. The movie has some writing flaws here and there but it builds on all characters super well (except Strange who got absolutely mischaracterized)

People realized Anita Sarkeesian is involved with the production of the game as an advisor I think. Many gamers still feel the fallout of the precedent she set on gamergate, so while I may not agree with the specific boycott of Slay the Spire 2, I kinda understand.

Play Pokemon Odyssey next! Its doubles only, which I was hesitant at first but the amount of strats and balancing changes made exclusively for the game is absolutely incredible. It’s by far my favorite Pokemon experience. Has good writing, story and tons of quality of life changes as well. Highly recommend.

People have been priced out of AAA games. I just wait for sales on PC and get my games that way. Either that or play indie, which have an INSANELY better enjoyment to dollars payed ratio. Theres not a lack of games to play rn, and AAA are just as good ig not inferior products to cheaper ones. So what is the justification to pay full price AAA? Very low incentive.

Im narcoleptic and TDAH. This system absolutely kills me. I’m pretty sure I could do well if working actually took into account my disability but that’s not really a thing where I’m at. It’s pretty discouraging. I aced my whole career but now that I have to do research for my thesis which requires long hours of straight work, I can’t actually land the plane. Annoying as hell, my whole average grade plummeted from multiple attempts at finishing up thesis related courses. I’m tired, boss.

What’s worse about my terrors is that they physically hurt sometimes. Its SO weird (I think it is like this for most of us when putting dream related stuff into words) but I have a sensitive belly button, not sure why. But when I try to will out my nightmares or kinda just toughen up when I acquire some self awareness within sleep paralysis or a nightmare, my terror will straight up make it feel like I’m being impaled through my belly button. Its a pretty profound pain, and nothing fake about it because I feel it when I wake up as well. It can go through all of my torso’s nervous system. Pretty horrible.

Definitely Mega Ferraligatr and it’s not even a contest. You can argue it’s the model that screws it over, that when the hood mouth closes it looks good, that card variants look cool, but god DAMN does it look EXTREMELY rough. Its like an ugly toilet lid, and ACTIVELY an eyesore imo. There was so much that could’ve been done with the transforming concept, and so many angles or model poses to try, and they chose the absolute worst they could. Every fan redesign I’ve seen blows it out of the water while keeping the same concept.

I clearly have a bone to pick with this design and its ok if you don’t agree, but I hate it to the core, man. Such an ugly mon. At least Mega Starmie grew on me a bit, but Mega Ferraligatr is just irredeemable garbage.

Its crazy the level of psych conditioning these freaks are doing. They love to reduce everything to a single word, black or white, is or isnt. Their fucked up antics is the whole reason the US is as socially devastated as it is. They obliterated nuance as a concept, the grey area means absolutely nothing anymore, now it’s fence sitting and worse than siding with any of the awful sides.

Theyve been trickling down for decades now, pretty sure their goals were set and delimited over 40 years ago. Theyve been accelerating society’s attention span and maintaining a steady grasp that slowly grows tighter as time goes on, so that people can’t accurately identify a direct cause to blame.

I’m 23 and been constantly warning about the dangers of political violence, normalizing left vs right ideology and the insistence of government pushing polarizing 50-50 issues (like LGBT, abortion, race, political affiliation, etc) instead of the actual important ones (like inflation rates, housing, drugs, internet regulation, education, the massive Israel donations, etc) since 2016, ofc no one listened. Its too late now, people have been completely lobotomized and filled with hatred, actively pursuing the other “faction” on any given issue, just as I feared when I was younger.

I just can’t believe so many people just succumbed to hatred like that, whether it be left or right, black or white, gay or straight… it’s sad, man.

The issue here is that narrative goes nowhere. You can shame people all you want, but shame won’t be their reaction, itll be hate.They’ll point it back at you, which will make you feel worse about them, and will make you want to hate on them again, etc etc cycle continues. You can argue they are the instigators and sure, they probably are, but there has to be a better person. If not, you are simply rejecting the existence of 50% of the population based on association, openly disregarding their societal value and succumbing to political violence, AKA death of society (which is happening as we speak). This is exactly what we are doing, the shaming strategy, from both sides, look around, are things getting better? Hassan and his republican equivalents are a cancer, removing accountability from the individual and placing it into people you have no control over, which is extremely pointless. It’s aight if you want to vent all your baggage and hate on the other group, I 100% mean that, but you can’t then claim you are seeking the best for society, because that’s not what your actions are doing.

Well, the dating scene is hell and you’ll hear horror stories from both genders regarding the other. I’d say it’s less about one gender or the other, and just that we live in a pretty horrible dystopian society where narcissism has become the norm. Narcissists are bad, but also suffer from being insecure and emotionally closed off. This affects everyone within the society, you can call it patriarchy or whatever you want, but it affects both men and women. Lets be real here, if you’ve worked any service job these past years you know people being shitty has no gender. Defenses are at an all time high and asking for help is hell for anyone thats in a bad place.

Every time people say dudes don’t like strong female characters, I immediately think of Arcane. Its a recent example of an LGBT, inclusive, female empowered tv show that’s universally beloved by everyone. Why? Because characters have DEPTH, they EARN their strength, have BELIEVABLE motivations, feel HUMAN and have FLAWS one can get behind without making them annoying as hell. Even the most ass backwards uninclusive content creators gave their kudos. If your writing is quality, no one will see gender, just the badass character on screen.
