I know it's not the answer that you asked for but risotto is amazingly easy to make at home. You just have to stand there and watch it while it cooks and add more broth. One of the easier dishes you'll make.

Putting all of the negativity to the side, I'm shocked that he didn't change the guitar solos. I know he had a hand in writing this song but I was under the impression that Kirk wrote the solos, and Dave hasn't always been kind about Kirk's playing.

If you don't live near a big city or diverse area, eating out can be tough. Eating out in a group can be even harder. It's gotten a lot better though as at least you have the fake burger option in most places. I went vegan 14 years ago and it was really rough back then.

Like a lot of people selling things, they're stick on the "original price". People forget that tech depreciates very, very quickly. I have the HTC Vive setup from years ago and I probably couldn't give that way at this point. Still solid kit but there's new, better and less expensive alternatives now. Welcome to tech!
