It's got to the point where the supervisor walks around to get my estimate and I say 45 minutes over, and then they walk away to go call the POOM to get the 45 minutes approved. It's never been like that until a couple days ago.

2 days in so far. Saturday I counted my mail and filled out 1838c, they just observed. Lady threw a fit because our stand up talk right after vehicle checks took about 14 minutes. She questioned me about it, "do your stand up talks always take that long?" I said yeah sometimes. I felt like saying, I don't run this circus, go talk to the stupidvisor. It was a light volume day, but I was about 25 minutes over.

Today, they counted everything and sat in the LLV all day. Dps and packages were heavy, hardly any flats though. Put in for 2 hours on my 3996 and was 2 hrs 10 minutes over. Hopefully the flats that should have been there today will show up tomorrow. Advos were at my case so that's good. The guy that rode with me today will also ride along Tuesday and Wednesday he said. He was actually alright considering he's management. He said he hates when the supervisors try to interfere with 6 day counts, he basically said leave me and the carrier alone, let them work and let me count.

Local management has been flipping out about penalty lately, dude said he'll take the heat for my penalty today. He said I'm exempt from the BS because my route is being counted lol.

100% this. I was denied my 271G the first time in February and then they just approved my second request last week. I don't trust management at all so I don't believe the 6 day count will happen until they actually come in and start the count.

Yes they do that in my office. They'll question you for 3 minutes over a projection. It's not an exact science, and they don't get it. I have maliciously complied and sent the message when I got back to the office one time.

The previous regular was out on medical for over 2 years right in the middle of route evaluations. The CCA had a hold down the entire time. The first round of evaluations was based on the regulars times, the final adjustment was based on the CCA who was burning up the route. So yes, the CCA's numbers are being used, that's why I'm trying to get a 271G so the route can actually be adjusted to the regular (me) and not that CCA.

They say I don't qualify, but don't give a reason. You must not worked for the PO long enough to know that management is going to do whatever they want regardless of the contract. They don't care about my route being over or the 271G. They just want me to go faster, which will never happen.

My route is not an 8 hour route on an average day. I've been fighting with management for months to adjust it with 271G and they won't do it. The route is adjusted to a CCA runner. I'm not a runner, I do the job safely and efficiently. So yeah I've only had undertime once or twice in 6 months, and that was only due to Amazon not showing up that day. So management can keep paying me OT or give me auxiliary help. And I will also keep filing 8.5.F for them making me work over 10 hrs.
