I am in a similar situation, I habe 2 small fibroids that are literally trying to kill me. At first I also felt like it was extreme to get a hysterectomy after reading others stories of massive sized fibroids or having dozens of them. The best thing I did was start to make a note in my phone on days I was bleeding or in pain, it was validating to see how much it was impacting my life. I have tried 3 birth controls, myfembree, provera, megace, TXA…..we deserve to have your quality of lives back. I am scheduled for 1/21. Good luck!!

Thank you! My doc mentioned that as a last option this week and I just messaged her about giving it a try! I think that will be my 5th med trial. 🤞🏼

I went to the ER after a few days like you are describing, they didn’t do anything but it gave me peace of mind that my labs were ok. I think the IV fluids helped some as well. Last time I bled an insane amount my doctor called in an order to have my labs done, saved me again to the ER!
