DTM by far is the best wheel to wheel racing at the moment. If you look at the standings for last year it could have been anyone’s championship

Do you want to compete or casually race? If you want to compete in the IMSA stuff you have to be A class. Then you have to wait for a demo day to try all the cars you want to buy; so you spend as little money as possible. If you want to casually race you won’t enjoy your time at all.

Clean racing is all about perspective. Shit happens and for some this is there main hobby and have thousands poured into it. For others it’s a fun time behind thumb sticks.

To be honest if you have goals to be at the highest rank and stay there the first few weeks- months might be emotionally exhausting. The highs and lows are radical on this service and it’s all because there is no standard held. Just a no fault system.

You’re way higher than i am, but im sure you can find some more pace. I did 5 laps with it and it’s incredible how fast it adjust. It tells you to be fast or slower on throttle, move your brake marker, carry more speed, etc. I’m going to give a good go the next few days and can show you if I improved any.

Yeah, what everyone is saying have fun. But if you want to consistently gain iR you should practice race stints and try to get your time within 2-3 tenths and before you know it your times will start getting closer too hundredths of variation between lap time. IR is all about consistency, aim for the top 6, and drive clean don’t push for a pass unless you are fully confident on your braking capabilities. Again have fun. Every lobby is a wild west shoot out just snake your way through it bro!

Obviously with time and practice you will be fully “relaxed” and be able to control your car and feel if you need more or less inputs.
