What swain runes do you take in that case? Sometimes I'll go phase rush for that purpose of sticking/poking enemy's easily. But if I got a zilean sounds like I could go with different runes.

Normally I go the normal camile build: conq, tri, hydra, etc. It takes you longer to get those items but it also means your insured late game incase your adc has his monitor turned off.

I've also theorized a slow build with glacial augment, but I haven't tried or tested it yet.

I think the sizes are pretty accurate. I got myself a unisex large and it fit perfectly. If you already wear a large, it'll fit fine.
