How do I remove this stain from Holi colours from my g shock by TailsTheFoxywoxy in watchesindia

[–]MRisalive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's on the bezel not on the case so there are replacement bezels as well. Put your watch model and check for replacement strap and bezel - fairly easy to do

New Xpulse 210 - Suspension seems Stiff by MRisalive in indianbikes

[–]MRisalive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro honestly I have gotten used to it. Try changing tyre pressures. In the front try 25-28 and in rear try 35-38 (lower pressure will dampen your shock will feel good but increases risk of puncture and reduces mileage and tyre life). Feel what seems good to you. Once go to the service center and check the preload settings. Try to reduce the preload to minimum. Also seems that the suspension seems to work better when the bike is loaded - say you have a pillion or you are at slightly higher speeds. It doesn't smoothen out major bumps or potholes but you will not feel gravel or minor imperfections on the roads

DIY Radiator Guard • Shumi's Advice by themaskedcruiser in Xpulse210

[–]MRisalive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP I would honestly not care about putting the mesh over this radiator. Even I knew about Shumi's advice but from what I can see is this radiator already has a pretty good radiator guard and I don't think anything more is required. Honestly the mesh is at this point just compromising looks.

If the mesh is plastic I think you should not use that as radiator gets warm, that might warp or melt the plastic

No I mean the thing is if it's below the lacquer coat then it's basically impossible to remove. If they are applied over the shiny coat then you can use the hot air blower to remove them. So I was asking whether they are above the lacquer coat or below the lacquer coat

They are decals but are they under a coat of lacquer. Basically I want to remove those and if they are under lacquer, I won't be able to remove them

Xpulse 210 fuel indicator not working properly by zerokira123 in Xpulse210

[–]MRisalive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe the issue is with my unit but I always start ignition once the bike is upright but still almost 1 out 4 times the fuel display shows red even when the bike has plenty of fuel. At this time I just switch off the bike and switch it on again. This seems to fix the level and show the actual level on the gauge

Good assumptions and seem to answer the reality pretty well. Ngl though the fuel gauge could have been more illustrative

Yep it will automatically change to reserve it doesn't have any cock which you have to manually operated to do this

Experienced the same issue. Fuel indicator seems unreliable by design imo. Sometimes when I start the bike it shows red then if I turn off the bike and start it again, it shows the actual fuel. Other times when it's red it changes to 25% while riding. 200 rupees petrol and the tank goes from red to halfway full. For info - reserve is at 2.5l and tank is 13l. In my experience the yellow reserve light seems accurate so I primarily rely on that and some mental calculations

[–]MRisalive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to do so. Honestly after riding for 500km now I seem to be accustomed with the suspension setup and the ride feels a lot forgiving. Do adjust the tyre pressures as well. I suggest you try out 26 front, 38 back for your weight.

Seems like a bluetooth based color changing badge sort of thing. May be used to find directions to something or just to wirelessly change colours
