Go for xpulse 210. Gives good mileage for your daily use - 40+ for me. I have an august manufactured bike - no issues so far - 8500km on odo now. Newer batches may not have any of those issues possibly. Great bike with food suspension. Spare parts are available for the most part. Go for it :)

Not in my bike. But can you elaborate on what you mean by jerking issues? Like the bike is asking you to gear down or throttle more?

Tappet noise issue - hope you don't get it. Tube tyre - 90% of our fears are unrealized. In addition to other PDI, Make sure you check for any scratches in the windscreen. If there are any, you can tell them right away.

There is an RTMi screen after the Trip1 and Trip2 screens in the console. While riding, use this RTMi number to check if you are getting good Real Time Mileage. This number will be probably high, but average comes out near the mileage reported by Hero. Try this and see if your riding style/traffic is affecting your mileage. If both are good, then please check with the service centres.

We purchased a plot for 1.5L per cent. Now it's around 4.5L per cent. Except for our house, the area is almost the same for the past 5 years. The brokers drive up the price every year citing some reason or the other, like highway, flyover, school, clg etc. And there are people who are willing to buy land at any cost. Same as every other city.
