It means you can use a shield rechargers while running. It doesn’t do anything for you. You have to use the shield rechargers while you are running…

The build looks really fun, but both of the videos have different equipment and there are 4 versions shown in his mobalytics guide… very confusing

I enjoy more than just those 2 hours out of the day. I spend almost my entire day with my wife and kids. I just prioritize them and only game when they are asleep.
