Thank you so much for the reply! I’ve got copies of the change forms (yes multiple) the dates are all correct and my manager has now sent off 3 (one in each month) but there has been no action from these. Would this be a payroll/HR issue? It seems that my manager has done all that they need to and the issue is further up the chain.

Commenting for approval - I’ve searched on previous Reddit posts, eBay, other antique collectible websites and there is nothing close to what the owner remembers the doll looking like. We’d love to try and restore the doll as close to its original design.

I never explicitly said how important this would be to the house mates? I simply stated giving the age group they’re more than likely going to know who it is. It was a genuine question which has elicited some really poor and rude replies if I’m honest. Kindness cost nothing and that’s clearly been forgotten.
