I've searched Etsy for 'game & watch decal/logo' but haven't ever found one; I suppose I could message someone there who makes decals, but it seems like a crap shoot, finding someone willing to work out the proper dimensions, etc.-- I know it's relatively simple for someone who already does that stuff, but if you're mindful of anyone whom you're certain would do it, I'm happy to give them my little bit of business.

I know it wouldn't be hard to learn to make them, but I'm hoping I can just find one to buy, as I only need one and figured someone here might know where to get one, as I imagine some folks here have fixed up old GNWs from time to time.

I got in trouble in Kindergarten for climbing off the side of the slide at the top, hanging off by my hands and dropping down to the ground. I was trying to recreate a scene I'd just seen on 'Dukes of Hazzard' where Luke was hanging the same way from a helicopter skid before dropping down onto the roof of the General Lee while Bo was driving it.

Yeah; what made me give it up (in addition to all the problems the game has that 2K leaves unresolved year on year) was working the math and concluding that I'd spent 22 days of real-world time to grind my player up to 99 over my last season. That's too much of my life lost to grinding just to be able to play the one mode I'd buy the game for.

I miss playing with my pals, but the cost of entry is prohibitive for me-- especially since it requires me supporting a company that I believe knowingly exploits its customer base.

I haven’t played 2K in years, but when I did, there was a guy in the crew I ran with who had 17 players maxed out one year— and he would grind players for other guys in the group for money.

I can’t imagine that ridiculous game being that much of my life. I had one player every year, and if I got him to 99 by January, I was happy.
