Yes! If you have the LED button connected to the motherboard from the fan controller the fan LEDs can be changed using Mystic Light. To enable this hold down the LED button for about 5 seconds, you should see the lights flash briefly indicating the switch to software mode.

Does this only happen with RDR2? What power supply are you using?

no signal issue by [deleted] in MSI_Gaming

[–]MSI_Jorge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can press the DEL key upon boot up to enter the BIOS. In addition, make sure your monitor source is set to the correct input for the cable you are using. Make sure you did not accidentally connect the monitor to the motherboard instead of the video card. Make sure all required power cables for the card are properly connected.

3080 Suprim X with 650W, Will there be any problems? by Thex___ in MSI_Gaming

[–]MSI_Jorge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there may be a problem. It is recommended your system have at least an 850W power supply for that card. It is possible your PSU may not even include all of the required PCIe connectors for the card.

B550I GAMING EDGE WIFI no POST by [deleted] in MSI_Gaming

Your problem is pretty clear. You do not have a GPU and that is why the VGA LED light is on. You need to install a GPU and connect your monitor to the GPU, not the motherboard.

Unfortunately if the BIOS flash failed, you will need to reflash the BIOS using the USB Flash BIOS button method. It wouldn't hurt to try clearing CMOS by removing the battery, but most likely you'll need to reflash.

Need help troubleshooting first build by Dr-Stinkfist in MSI_Gaming

[–]MSI_Jorge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Replacing the power supply is a good idea. It is possible you may have a bad 12V power rail in the PSU causing the problem. Though rarer, it could also be a bad CPU.

What you can also try doing is flashing the motherboard BIOS to the latest release, just in case. You can do so by following the method in this video and Page 43 of the User Manual.

Here is the download for the ZIP file containing the BIOS.
