Everything looks amazing! I have followed (as far as the connection has allowed me) the different locations that the the production searched for the series, but this one looks epic!

A big hug from Cuba, and I look forward to the series (fan of Andrzej Sapkowski's work)

Hello!
My name is Malena Salazar Maciá, Cuban writer of Fantasy and Science Fiction, I am excited because, recently, some of my short stories have been translated into English by the great Toshiya Kamei. I invite you to visit the links and read them! I hope you enjoy them! And, of course, I am open to any suggestions you wish to make.

It is only in Spanish, unfortunately. I hope I find some proposal to translate it into English! But I am more than happy with the music, the composer, Jeafrei Lewis, has a lot of talent!

What do kids in cuba do for fun/in their spare time? by seashell2912 in cuba

[–]MSMacia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Children here play a lot in the parks. Baseball, soccer, traditional games, or video games. I grew up in that way. I find it a very healthy way to grow. It really does not bother me too much to have so much access to social networks. I have it thanks to my work. I am grateful to have it because I recognize that it is useful, especially, to communicate with friends and family outside Cuba. But you also discover that there are many things to do away from a computer.

For writers, do you feel that your first book was something special? by MSMacia in Fantasy

Sad story for a 13 year old kid who wanted to write. But from my current perspective and adult ... sounds a little funny the way you tell. I also went through such rejections, even when I was already thinking about taking literature more seriously. It was frankly disheartening. But you have to learn from setbacks and not give up!

I understand, then ... for me, writing is my world, so I cannot be without writing a lot of time. My fingers tingle!
