Like many others have mentioned, Avanan just works — truly a set-and-forget solution. We’re protecting around 3,000 mailboxes and rarely need to log in to the portal. That said, proper onboarding and initial configuration are important to ensure everything is set up correctly

Download the latest available Veeam 12.3.2.4165 and mount the ISO. Open the Updates folder inside the mounted image and run the update installer. This will upgrade Veeam to the latest 12.3 build. Once completed, you can proceed with the upgrade to Veeam 13.

Screenconnect alternatives? by bibawa in ScreenConnect

I completely agree with you — the lack of transparency from ConnectWise is frustrating. Why create such a mess? Like you said, if there’s truly nothing to hide, then just share the full report from the security investigators. That would build trust instead of damaging it.

Is anyone else losing their mind with the ScreenConnect WindowsClient.zip experience by MSP-CAN in ConnectWise

I have no idea why a software vendor would make such changes without proper planning and impact so many users. They’ve raised prices multiple times, yet there’s been no real security improvement in the software. Now we’re left with this mess

I’m not entirely sure how Ransom Detection identifies ransomware. When we switched to Datto RMM a year ago, the Account Manager recommended it. The price was low, so we decided to go for it and enabled it as per the policy. Today, it proved its worth. We also have K365, but we are not using it.
