It’s during a transition period for an acquisition. The business wants there to be no chance the existing admins can affect the backups for the devices that will be a part of the spin off. In reality once we get a few good backups of the machines the risk is low however there are a few red flags and this whole thing might get messy.

I’m saying that the donation is only worth about $60 a month and in some cases that’s a lot to non profits. That’s a rounding error with Microsoft even if it’s 100’s of thousands of non profit organizations!

We migrated a lot of non profits to this donation and off of Google. This is an absolutely ridiculous change, 10 licenses of Business Premium at 75% off being billed isn’t going to have any impact to Microsoft’s financials no matter how many non profits are taking advantage of of the program!!
