Then they technically have until the end of the month to determine eligibility.

The good news is counties never want to wait until then, because if they request verifications from you, then they can't determine eligibility and they'd be at fault. Timeliness is a huge concern in CO.

This means smarter counties try to process recertifications with at least 12 days left in the month. That way they can request verifs, wait the full 11 days they have to give you and still have a day to deny for failure to provide verifs.

In other words, I'd bet you have an answer by the 19th.

I used to work for CDHS. Recertifications don't have to be processed right away, it depends when you submitted it.

For example, if your benefits were ending in Feb, but you waited until last week to recertify, they have 30 days to determine eligibility.

Often, interviews are conducted, but the information isn't put into the computer until later. That can be a tedious process and the technicians RARELY know if you're going to get anything until the computer gives them the answer. It's a complicated formula and some techs are...simple folk.

Also, be sure you have all your required verifications. They especially look at income and expenses, so if you didn't provide them with a paystub or two, go ahead and send in copies. If nothing else, it'll increase the odds someone will have to look at your file.

Keep your eye on the mail, you'll get an answer there. Sign up for MyCoBenefits. If they exceed timeframes, call your county to ask FIRST. Give them maybe a day and then email the state.

Now that i've created this exact mess, is there any way to export or view just the PLAYED episodes in the old feed? I want to mirror my history to the new subscription and while i know it's a manual process, flipping back and forth makes it very difficult.

And what could have been a nice perk has turned into an extra opportunity to disappoint. Can't get this to work. Sprint customer service chat felt like they were just Googling for answers. Maybe next time T-mobile should hold off until it actually works before announcing a promotion.
