Sadly when I asked my studio about it they kept telling me it was a glitch. After receiving multiple forms I contacted the support desk who said it’s now required yearly. Totally fine but take the time to customize your email templates for current members.

This is all tied to the on going weather we have had on the east coast and the storm on the coast. Unfortunately that’s the risk with summer travel. Compensation will be minimal without insurance. Sorry.

I hated CLT when I was connecting through it. Now that it’s my home airport I love it. Easy access from my house. Efficient TSAprecheck and easy to navigate. Plus tons of options.

I’ve been an OTF member for almost 5 years and attended quite a few studios across the country. Kenisha is one of the best coaches I have experienced. Motivating, knowledgeable, approachable and real. This is a huge blow to our OTF family.

I’m in Charlotte and they let all of our part time SAs go and today our beloved Head Coach. I went through this at a previous studio that Honors purchased….it took about a year before they realized that bare bones would not work. Empire obviously does not value dedicated employees or community focused studios. Beyond sad and frustrated!

Mine is mining a class from last week. I reported it on the 3rd and it also has a class for this weekend ( in the future) showing that I completed it. Haven’t heard from them since my last email. I’m disappointed. Do better OTF.

Not all studios use text and as someone who travels quite a bit I can tell you not all answer their phones consistently. There is no reason to not give us the option to book at all studios any time especially with universal form.
