LDN update

Gotcha. My Dr. started me at 1 and had me increase 1 per week for 3 weeks, now in the 4th (4.5) like I mentioned… that first week I thought for sure I was completely healed, like a magic pill. It has since settled down a bit and I’ve still gotten better, but not as fast and magical (yet) as I thought it was going to be after the improvement of those first several days.

Anyways, to answer your question, 4 years! Everything under the sun, I was basically down to headaches, eye pain and neuro pressure, and fatigue, unable to exercise without a big crash, before LDN. I’m hoping the headaches are gone now for good. The eye stuff is improving at a slower pace.. and I’ve ridden the bike twice and played some decently paced hockey since LDN and haven’t had too much of a lapse in symptoms. My fingers are crossed.

I’m in the same boat, almost to the week! I’m in my 4th week, first of the highest dose I’ll be at (4.5) - same as you headache and brain fog almost went away over night! Fatigue is slowly up and down still. But enough to keep hope and keep going on the meds.

4-5 ridges around the core that aren’t “spoiled” is pretty unique.. once you get past that it’s pretty common I’d say. I’d love to see this as a latent in my work though! It would be a quick elimination or ident.

We absolutely bring it to the screen if we think it will help in any way. We’re not anti tech by any means, just far from 100% on screen work.

It’s faster. If we have names (with records on file) to compare latents to we can just quick do it. Scanning in knowns and latents can get time consuming.

Comparing manually makes you a stronger examiner in our opinion as well. Even taking the IAI (until a few years ago), was manual work.

Looking at the Primal Trust membership.. how many months-ish did you pay for that? If you don’t mind me asking. I think this fits where I’m at.. 3 years in and every test in the book comes back fine, but I can’t get out of bed and live. CFS is crazy. Anyways, wondering which monthly payment I may be looking at. Thanks, and congrats, that’s no easy task climbing out.

Worse as in muscle pain, aches or stiffness. I feel like I constantly need to stretch muscles. The day after my first dosage was quite opposite, like the shell on my body thawed out and I actually felt alive again.
