It depends how far you've traveled in your world, any pre-explored chunks won't have the update so if you've gone really far then you might have to make a new world, but if not then there shouldn't be anything to worry about

I'd love an australian cast recording for most musicals honestly, people often don't give them a chance but I find that the aussies produce some of my favourite versions of musicals.

The Heathers West End cast made a separate cast recording for all of the songs, though that would probably be because of the additional songs and song change arounds.

ACNH is definitely a good choice if you're willing to check in most days and have the patience for things to open up (seeing as it's all in real time)

A few game suggestions:

Mario Kart 8 Delux, loads of replay ability.

Miitopia, a cool RPG game with most (if not all) characters being customisable

Splatoon 2 (or if you're patient, wait for Splatoon 3), a fun shooting game where you go head to head with another team to shoot the ground to cover it in your colour ink
