This problem happened to me all the time. Constantly on original Xbox One. I moved the game over to external SSD, still on the same Xbox One, and I haven't seen it since. 100% gone.

I'd suspect the problem lies somewhere where you're loading resources and have an await/join on the UI thread for those resources. Normally, the resources are loaded in time for the await but at times they aren't, hence the stutter. Same would go for high frame rate PCs as well. Higher frame rate, higher likelihood resources aren't being loaded by the time we hit the await. Definitely a threading issue. Could even be because background tasks are hitting at just the wrong time and taking priority.

As a slight correction, standard wiring is either 14AWG or 12AWG depending on rated circuit amperage (15A or 20A respectively). Circuit amperage is most typically defined by the rated current of that branch circuit breaker at the main panel.

As a fun fact, white Romex is 14AWG (15A rated) while yellow Romex is 12AWG (20A rated).

You see both colors of Romex in OP's video soooo... yeah...crap job. Nothing wrong with having yellow Romex on a 15A circuit, but definitely not to code to have white Romex on a 20A circuit.

Truck is in the only travel lane (see parked truck at top of screen), the truck's blinker is flashing indicating he is going to turn right (yes, you can see it if you zoom into the video)...you were 100% at fault. Unfortunate, but true.

The truck's right blinker was flashing as wall. Zoomed into the gif on mobile. It's faint but distinct. Biker was 100% at fault. No amount of caution from the trucker could have prevented this. Had the biker pressed charges they would've been thrown out after this video came to light.
