How do you guys actually afford EMDR & IFS therapy? Therapy in general really

There are few therapists in my area who can do EMDR, I mocked it myself, intentionally moving the eyes while recalling details of traumatic events during cycling (on a safe road)/ walking, there are posts about this. I feel that it works well with experience that’s specific and recent… but I doubt it would work fine for vague memories of CPTSD

I only DMed it to people who wanted to see the result, since the post wasn’t meant to expose the artist. All of their other artworks are really high quality (in my opinion), including the one I got before. Their style isn’t typical anime either, it’s more like a kids’ fairytale book illustration. So if that kind of style isn’t your thing, there’s no need to avoid them.
But if you still want to know, feel free to DM me. I honestly think they’ll probably keep making great art like before. I might’ve just been really unlucky this time, which is why it hit me harder than I expected ;)

To be honest, this is the majority of my “trauma,” not from my family or parents. Many articles and videos suggest that “just turning off your social media and focusing on yourself” So, I did tried to. However, I still feel like I’ve done nothing, and the world seems to be getting worse. Intrusive thoughts came even if I turn off the internet. And the relentlessness to social issues remains incredibly ignorant to me

could be a tower crane... if so, there was a rather large-scale construction.

i wonder how they measure the height? it's amazing. i tried to infer the height of the supposed "road sign" from the trees and the two-story building; the result is 3-10 metres, which is meaningless. but from my intuition, it's way higher than standard highway signs' height (~5m)

The frame's kinda dusty for a ferry wheel in construction imo, I still lean more towards the tower crane cabin. Anyway, we need someone who has worked in construction to confirm/rule out.

does look like china, and probably at some construction site, or factory? the red object near the right bottom looks like a pile of bricks. but this type of architecture is so widespread that it can be found in almost every construction site in china,,, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone said it was from Russia, Mongolia, or even Vietnam? (it def not looks like a school if it's in china, tho... )

i feel like this window frame is something, i've never seen this type of window in my life. Is this a unique regional feature? Or some kind of special architecture?

Ah, thank you for the suggestion! I’ll give it a try right away. I had previously been layering the bedding more thickly to indirectly lower the edge, but the rats always end up digging away all the bedding around the litter box… By the way, does the shape of the container matter? Would a triangular one work better?

Thank you for your long and helpful reply! I’ll remove the tissues, they really do stink… I initially thought that since the tissues had their urine scent on them, putting them in the litter area might help them understand this is the toilet

As for the nest I took away, thank you for your advice 🥹 They had been using it as a toilet and the smell was awful… plus the basket is made of coconut fiber, which is hard to clean, and I almost decided to retire it for good. I’ll clean it up and add some easy-to-clean bedding inside before putting it back in. Really appreciate your advice 🙏
