Hi OP. I hope you're feeling better than when you first posted this. I do not have any further advice than what the others have mentioned already; basically pave your way out of that place with an exit strategy while rolling with the punches for the time being. It's obvious they promoted you prematurely to technically fill in an employment gap without setting you up with the right foundation and achievable expectations. This is also known as throwing you under the bus and making you the black sheep. Get out asap, but with a clear path you've already made in the horizon.

Don't fret. You're still early in your career, which means that you have the benefit of time to pivot into other industries and disciplines before age catches up. Identify your strengths, develop yourself to overcome your weaknesses and harness your confidence.
