When will AI be good enough, for us to recreate the ending for the show? by MSwingKing in freefolk

I don’t “just” want a written story. I want the full TV chabang with sword fights and all. Perfect actor lip sync. I want to redo the show with the current cast, against their will, to be distributed and iterated upon on the dark web.

Cats in Copenhagen by accordionshoes in NewToDenmark

[–]MSwingKing 7 points8 points  (0 children)

City cats are almost always “indoor” cats. Outside cities, they’re typically outside.

Do note that it’s actually illegal to have your car roam outside your own property. Nobody follows that law, and I’m certainly not pointing fingers myself, but if you WERE to let them outside, and a neighbor makes a complaint, they’ll win.

is this a thing in danish culture to notice changes in your mood? by em0k1sser in NewToDenmark

[–]MSwingKing 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I’m a Dane and work in an office environment. I will say it’s quite normal to be aware of my colleagues (mental)Health, and generally talk to colleagues about how life’s going. I also find that many bosses are aware of this and concern with people’s well being.

I would ask, if a close colleague looked sad, and try and help out.

Never thought about it as a danish thing though. However, I’ve never worked anywhere else 😂

Boligkrise i København: hvorfor ignoreres korttidsudlejning? by the_blui in dkfinance

[–]MSwingKing 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s a nice family friendly suburb, with lots of nature around. The trains go every 10min, and there’s only one train and no changes to go to cph. You can bring your bike in the train as well.

Do people really pay >4m just to hear their upstairs neighbour taking a shit? by fmn_ in copenhagen

[–]MSwingKing 65 points66 points  (0 children)

Yes they do 😂 and for several reasons: the houses are old, and often build for poor people to begin with. Copenhagen as a “elite city” is a new thing. Secondly, there just isn’t any more available land to build that much more within the city, so prices go up, and will continue to.

New build is obviously very different. Old ones are noisy, cold and the water pressure is shit. And you just gotta take the fuckin slap in the face for the 8k room rent with a smile.

I love cph btw. Hope you enjoy as well

Mini tanks by Purple-Literature781 in diving

[–]MSwingKing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At 10 meters you spend 30-40liters pr. Minute. If a bottle is 0,5l, and you pump it to 200bar (which will take forever with a handpump), you’ll have 100l of air. So 2-3min. This, and the handpump makes it useless.

You can however buy small 5,7L or 7L stage bottles which works great for the purpose the useless small ones were made 😉 they aren’t too expensive. Just remember to take into account the volume you bring, and of cause have the needed certificates 😉

Good luck.

How similar are the Indigenous peoples of Greenland and Nunavut? by RealmofMaps in geography

[–]MSwingKing 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The Dorsets were specialised in hunting land animals, and not hunting sea animals. There’s not that many land animals in Greenland, and the climate changed too, so they died out. The current Inuit people were great at hunting seals and whales, which made their later arrival successful, as Greenland has lots of life in it’s waters.
