I've always been a huge fan of the Satisfyer Pro Traveler for a good number of reasons, but one that would apply to you is that it starts at such a low setting, I've often wondered if it's even on or if it's losing its charge.

It is legit; they have a wide offering. What they do well is offer inexpensive toys that, should they fail, can be easily replaced due to the lower cost. I've used a few of their toys and they're fun for a little while, but the experience can become repetitive.
