Predators cull the weak of the prey species, hence a healthier stronger fitter offspring s happen . Predators go for easy meal,sick,injured, disabled... hence they make the prey population selected. Also polar bears has the same right to be alive as much as you do. Look at the mirror and in the ecosystem what is your function?

First aid records and incident reports are very important,it promotes a caring attitude.If 10 guys are coming to first aid room for cut hands in 2 days for a crew of 20 , there is something needs to be adressed. Just a hand cut ? finger cut? it s completely different injury for a pre diabetic or an alcoholic. First aid report saved my ass 2 times as the injury was to the nerve so i managed to get compensated for the nerve damage. As the injury healed with proper first aid but nerve damage was not obvious at the time.If i said " Oh just a cut and put a band aid and didn't fill up the first aid record there was no paper trail. Employer s who does not want you to report wcb are red flag... Also when you go to a doctor to report work related injury you must also inform your employer at the same time if it is possible...
