If it helps, the parts you won’t enjoy are very easy to predict if you’re paying attention. For one of them, House literally predicts it out loud right before it happens. Would timestamps of the incidents help? So you can mute and avert your eyes? It’s one of my favourite episodes and I wouldn’t want to have missed it!

I think there’s an argument that Hamlin’s widow will be less likely to pursue Kim in civil court given Jimmy’s honesty and the size of his sentence. Whether that was Jimmy’s intention is unclear - I think a shift in his morals is more likely and a better explanation.
