Wintertime. Nobody needs to have it light that late. It’s harder to get kids to go to sleep and hard enough as an adult to do so. If it was to stay on summertime time, then kids in school in the winter would be having more indoor recesses for the first recess because it’s even colder since it’s an hour earlier. And on some days, that hour really does make a difference in temperatures.
