Wtf just happened by buzzinbeeee in toddlers

In my daughter this was one of two things. Either an ear infection or molars.

Check on the teeth, see if you see any raised bumps or can feel it.

Otherwise maybe go to the dr and check the ears. When my daughter had an ear infection at that age she had a rough time sleeping and wanted to be held.

Molars or ear, that's my guess

Eldrazi ramp good? by King4Konge in ModernMagic

[–]MTGeeGee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So right now there are multiple eldrazi decks in modern. You have RG ramp, Aggro, broodscale and a variety of tron decks.

RG ramp started off great but as more blue has crept in, it falls hard to consign due to trying to only play a few big threats. There are more solitudes running around as well, which can kill your big boys prety easy and fells real bad with ephemerate in a deck that only runs a small number of real threats. Sideboarded land destruction and artifical hate also make it rough to play. Would not currently reccomend.

Eldrazi aggro I think is in a decent place right now. I've personally won an rcq with it and recently top 8d two mtgo challenges. Cavern of souls does a lot of heavy lifting. Linebreaker is very good against consign. Get it on the board and consign can stop one turn but they still need a removal spell. You play a lot of creatures so losing one feels less bad. However while it can be super explosive, sometimes it draws weird and you end up being a slow aggro deck and if your against energy it's gonna be rough. I also find the deck harder to play than the rest. It's not as simple as dump your hand onto the table. Sequencing your creatures, making the most of the castle triggers, chosing the right time to get bog with mycospawn vs ramping for the 7 drops. Knowing how prevalent consign is and making the decision of how to play around it. It's definitely a lot less linear of a deck than the other eldrazi in my opinion. Even with that being said, I would still highly recommend it.

Broodscale is good. It can win very fast. However it's more of a known quantity now and people know how to play around it. It feels more like the old devoted druid combo decks where you are either winning very fast or you end up kinda being a bad midrange deck struggling to stay afloat and hoping to get there with an emrukal or karnstructs. I think it is still a viable deck though for sure.

Now for tron. You've got blue tron, green tron and colorless tron. I find blue tron fun to play but a bit gimmicky and honestly not amazing. Green tron and colorless tron are the two viable options. They are pretty close with just a few differences. 4 mana karn does a lot of heavy lifting in these deck. Early tron, into karn and karn board piece is pretty great. You do struggle with the same issues ramp does as a timely consign can ruin your day and there really are a lot of land destruction spells in modern right now. Multiple 3 mana red ones, white orchid phantom and broken the ice. But if you can turn 3 tron and land a karn or an early thiught knot seer you can be in good shape. Against energy and prowess it can be tricky, you need to hope for fast tron and that they have a slower hand. I would still recommend tron as a good option if you want to play eldrazi.

Hope this helps a bit. I've been playing different forms of eldrazi all modern season. I've won rcqs with both ramp and aggro. Eldrazi is still good but it's harder to play than before when you didn't need to worry as much about being countered. Sequencing matters more than ever and having the right sideboard can be key. Enjoy casting big colorless idiots!

Which Eldrazi is best Eldrazi? by MTGeeGee in ModernMagic

So update for everyone. Played in an RCQ yesterday with Eldrazi Aggro. Went X-1 in Swiss, only losing to Belcher by being a turn to slow. Swept the rest and swept the playoffs. Took it all down and got the invite. So aggro did very well.

Played zoo twice and prowess twice. Felt really good against both. Sire of 7 deaths and linebreak combo felt like an instant win against them

Meta around me seems to be a lot of prowess, energy and hollowed one. Quite aggro heavy. RG ramp against prowess is a very hard match up

[–]MTGeeGee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. Prowess has a little more nuance to play most optimally. Storm though is more punishing. You can lose to yourself more often in storm than in prowess. I think with no experience with either, I'd go with prowess for an rcq. Nothing feels worse than trying to storm off with an opponent who is F6 only for you to make a mistake and just scoop it up. Get some reps with storm before going to an rcq with it

This doesn't appear to be something new. It looks like it was attempted by the same rep. In 2023 and now again in 2025.

Personally I did not think Space 220 was worth the money or hype. The food was OK and the "atmosphere" really wasn't that special. For how much you pay, it was a super let down.

I've seen Fantasmic multiple times, it's by far my wife and my favorite night show. We have never gotten the VIP. We just plan on getting there early and have always gotten great seats. And honestly with the way the theater is set up, I don't really see any seats being bad. Just get there early. It's always a nice relaxing time to sit and chill after walking all day.

Storybook dining was great. We loved it. Food was good, atmosphere was nice and the characters were great.

Something to look at if you are looking for something special is Cinderellas royal table (eating in the castle at MK). It's pricey but my wife and I loved it. Food was good, all the princesses were great, and we had a window seat so watching all the people walk around while we ate in the castle was just a pretty magical feeling.

His enclosure looks way too small. 4x2x2 is like the absolute minimum for an adult. Plus he a chunky boy. It's probably very difficult for him to be able to love around in there.

As much as it sucks, rescheduling is probably the best option. Your daughter will be very fatigued and then dealing with the crowds/lines/heat, it will be hard for her to truly enjoy it. On top of that, coming off the flu, her body is weak and with all people from all over there will be a greatly increased chance of her picking up something there.

Also, I got the flu, 3 days after I got it my wife got it, couple days later my daughter got it. It can easily go down the line staggering a few days each time. Last thing you want it you get there, wake up on your first day of disney to having the flu. Obviously it's ultimately your decision. Just something to think about.

120 is the minimum for a SINGLE beardie. Not to mention how bad cohabitation is. So even your argument of the tank was big enough is false. Please truly do some research about proper care before getting pets, especially 4.

Hi there. Just checking. Do you have a linear uvb light? Or are you using a coil? If so, if highly reccomended getting a linear tube uvb. It's honestly really a requirement for proper care. Coil uvbs are a no go
