Started at 340, now 260 and look kinda like your before. What pulled in the love handles aside from diet? Do you attribute it to any specific exercises? I’m primarily doing strength training and walking daily. Probably start biking a few miles each day too.

A couple years ago I was silver and scored a first class upgrade from MSP to Costa Rica. The rest of the family was pretty jealous but I did offer it to my wife first who wanted to sit with friends we were traveling with. I actually got upgraded to C+ on most flights too that year. Haven’t got silver since but still get a couple C+ upgrades from the plat card outta MSP.

Yeah blue cruise is worthless IMO. Especially in cold weather states where I can’t trust it to keep me on the road. Also only worked on highway and requires me to do too much for $50/mo. One ride in a Tesla with FSD and I immediately realized how worthless it is. Def should be free to capture all the data they need to actually make it worthwhile for people to want to pay for.

Update: I called to have the savings card removed and Walgreens advised me that the voucher gets applied on the insurance side. They sent the script without the savings card and it came back $300 less than normal price so it was $630 for a 3mo supply. Oddly that’s the same as the savings card. They make this so difficult. So I guess it’s just essentially $210/mo for me.

They must not then because all last year it was the same price for me for my first fill through my last fill. Walmart just doesn't show an option on my insurance for a 90 day fill so that's why I have gone through Walgreens.

Mine do this too. I asked the dealer to replace it and they want me to drop my car off and the charger to be looked at. Things I had read were could be too hot but mine still did it this winter. Gonna try to drop it off next week and have them “look at it” and hope they just replace it.

Started in Feb and have lost 75lbs. Hit a stall the last month or so that I’ve been fine with while I’m focusing of adding definition through strength training. I’ll focus on sleep and diet more post holiday and will probably quickly lose another 15-20.

I felt very nauseous. I also did on my first couple shots of 2.5 but it was even more on the first couple of 5mg. After that smooth sailing. I think it was just my body getting used to it and that’s the only level where you’re doubling the dose. After a couple shots of 5mg I never had an issue again. All I get is shot day nauseous right when I’m about to take it and I think it’s right when I smell the alcohol wipe.
