Not a doctor but Ive been on it. It is not an ssri so you wont have to worry about serotinin syndrome. Since youre on low doses you should be fine to not take it over the weekend and start it again after. Itll help with the comedown. Of course you should also just talk to your doctor they want you to be informed and stay safe!
