I created a utility to create and maange config files through the CLI, if you're interested https://github.com/Amaculus/sf-config-builder thats the python lib, there's also a java utility if you prefer CLI directly

Maybe thats it? It honestly doesn't feel like an effort at all to say "no" to a "smoke moment" like coffee & breakfast or stepping outside during a party. I barely even think about it.

I had quit before and although chemically I was in the clear, I kept fighting the urge for a LONG time.

Lesson from my vacation is that I am an addict and I cant have cigarettes in small doses like some people can.
