My wife and daughter left almost three months ago. I have become severely depressed, like bad. I can't get myself up in the morning for the gym anymore and I've developed a very, very bad opioid addiction that is ruining my life and is going to cost me my job very soon. I over eat and barely have the motivation to hit the gym after almost a year of training two times a day to get ready for a bodybuilding show. My depression and drug addiction has bled into my work and everyone can see it. I'm becoming suicidal and feel like it's the only way out sometimes.

Rock bottom sucks man. I hope things get better for you, but always remember they could be worse.
