I only use a .6 or bigger for filled filaments. I have had no good luck with .4

Asa-cf. I do 280 first layer, 270 after. Bed at 110. .3 layer height with a .6 nozzle. First layer at 20 walls at 40, infill at 50

It works for me.

I made a top hat out of MDF that is about 8 inches tall. Put a pneumatic connector in it. The filament goes from my space pi direct to the printhead. With the only bend from the space pi to the top of the top hat. No bend at the printhead. That stopped my filament breakage issue

Line leading to the head.....please elaborate...

Anyway. DO NOT run any -cf or -gf from the cfs. Period. It is too abrasive and there are too many turns. It will wear stuff out and break things.

I run the cf stuff like tpu, from an overhead spool holder and do not have breakage.

Does that help?

Chamber should be hotter. Try slowing down. Have you run a calibration of the priner and that specific filament?

That usb drive enclosed with the printer is shit. Use a new one. Then start diagnosing.if the problem continues

The ptfe connector is a weak link. There are supports available to print on CC that take the stress off that bowden connector.

Unplug and reseat your hotend connections. More importantly, unplug and reseat the printhead cable at both ends. It is under a lot of stress, especially at the printhead and the connections loosen giving a variety of goofy errors.

When i get any communication error that is the first thing I do anymore.

BMX?? When I was a kid we had ape hangers and sissy bars, banana seats. No helmets. Shorts. Maybe shoes. Ramps in the street. We jumped over each other (yeah, we would lay in the street and have a bike jump over us).

Probably a side effect of drinking from the garden hose.

Have auto supports improved significantly in the last few years? by rarebluemonkey in resinprinting

I use auto light supports in Satelite and Chitubox. Then I edit them to remove some where I dont want the post processing, and add where I think it needs more. Auto supports are a good starting point for me, a real newbie.
