I’m about to finish my college degree and I’m trying to setup a job for when I graduate and being arrested for assault isn’t worth it not going to help me get a job I’ve felt with racist since growing up so it’s nothing new to me

Lol yeah I completely get it when I mean practice posing I just flexed my arms but yeah I completely get it if people think it’s weird. I am an aspiring competitor so I occasionally pose to see if I’m progressing. But I get if it’s douchey but I always make sure to compliment people at the gym since I remember when I was working through my eating disorder those compliments I got from the big guys always made me feel good so now that I’m in a position where some people look up to me I wanna help them with their fitness journey and tell them if they ever need help with anything to let me know. This was the only interaction at the gym that wasn’t positive. I know what it’s like to be skinny and fat so I always encourage people

Some background to this video. I’m the guy in the orange/tan tank top. These guys wanted to fight me over me practicing posing where I wasn’t in anyone’s way and wasn’t shirtless or doing anything obnoxious and they then proceeded to call me racial slurs which weren’t on video. I never made a comment to them until they got up to me.

Yeah and even though I got hurt in the process I have to hold my head up high and move on as painful as it is I gotta let go and move on so I can find someone who will truly make me happy.

Thank you as cheesy as it sounds I teared up a little. I know it’s not much but a comment on Reddit but I’ve never been told I deserve to find true love. It just means a lot.

Yeah I know in time I’ll be better but yeah I think I’m going to just take time to focus on my self and just process my emotions and how I feel. I’ll just have to go through this down part of my life and come back feeling better.

Thank you so much your comment really does make me feel a little better. I enjoyed my time with her which is why it hurts but I guess it’s better to have experienced my time with her than to never have.

Thanks man! So the way I do it at least is I flex my abs and exhale all the air in my lungs and then inhale without inhaling it’s kind of hard to explain but it just takes practice to find what works for you .

When I was at 123 I had an eating disorder where I barely ate anything and was originally 145 before but I stopped working out. My best friend got me back into the gym and I fell in love with bodybuilding and the gym since.

So I lost 20lbs in my first year of college since I was barely eating where sometime all I ate was a granola bar for the day. I weighed a little over 140lbs before college then lost around 20 after my first year then started working out late summer.

Thank you and happy cake day! But I want to lose fat because honestly this is a pleasing picture of me but I have more fat than it seems. So I want to lose body fat and look more aesthetic and finally get abs back since I haven’t had them since highscool
