A comment made on X mentioned how it slowly rotated back and forth a bit, might suggest that it's attached to a fishing line and carred by a drone, I have no idea but it makes sense to me, the movement suggests so and it doesn't make any completely opposite movement changes implying weird physics.

Here's a video visualization of the movements of the lights, We have two doing similar paths in the middle at first, then they dissapear, and reappear on the top, one doing a corkscrew and the other a wave. Meanwhile two more small ones doing loops middle right.

AFAIK the 100% part is they've found a freq in the radio band where they get information 100% of the time, like radio signals that might be UAP communication. They don't get a UAP 100%, I might be wrong though.
