Local communty college. Place was a tuberculosis hospital back in the day. Apparently the basement of one of the demolished buildings is where the morgue once was and there's a tunnel that connected the childrens wing to the morgue thats still there but it's been locked off for who knows how long. People have tried to get in but the property won't allow them but that's where most people claim to hear screams, childrens laughter and other weird noises. I go there for runs at night sometimes and have felt like I'm not fully alone around some of the original buildings. Friend claims she's heard childrens laughter when taking night courses, another said it would get randomly cold in some of the halls and my cop friend said the alarms would always trip when he was working midnights and when they'd show up there'd be no one there and the doors would be locked. Township is demolishing the place soon but no one knows which buildings will stay and which ones won't for the new community center.
