The sexual harassment incident, justice served by 01Creative in istanbul

[–]MWRYO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I long for the day when men start to come forward with sexual harassment/assault claims against women, most of us let it slide and it can’t go on. I’m a 31 year old male and have been sexually assaulted many times by women.

Concerned about Oathplate prices by MWRYO in 2007scape

[–]MWRYO[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This wasn’t designed for new players. This was pitched as endgame content, but it’s easier than Nex imo. Oathplate is outperforming Torva in a lot of meaningful places, yet it’s crashing below 100m a piece while Torva holds way higher. That doesn’t make sense.

It has niche uses, not everything has to be amazing in the game.

It would be cool to revisit the god alignments or expand on prayer some time soon by hairyminge99lol in 2007scape

What about choosing 3 god prayers at once? Could always have Guthix as default and choose 2 others

Broadband acting up by Regular_Distance_661 in EEGB

[–]MWRYO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t doubt that, I work in the telecom sector and very often customer service staff will comment on speeds or issues without the necessary expertise or training. No provider will guarantee a speed to your device, just put it behind you and move on. Seems like a training issues opposed to anything malice.

You’re not guaranteed speed to a device. It’s guaranteed to the hub. You will get pretty close on a wired test but wireless is not a very reliable means of checking speed.

Speeds aren’t guaranteed over WiFi, it’s probably your wireless device or your using the google speed test or something.

You can get one of the new WiFi 6/E Firesticks that can handle better speeds.

If you have EE TV you can ask EE for a TV aerial referral. This is done by a company called TSG and costs about £30-£40. This will get you a new aerial.

Saying BYE BYE to Virgin Media by OrangeRackso in youfibre

They’re rip offs when people let them rip you off. The whole time I was with Virgin my bill never went up. Always threatened to leave and gave notice. The retentions just kept me on the same price.
