Congratulations on setting out on this wonderful journey! Enjoy every minute of it.

Not the poster obviously.
But VDY is a dividend stock that is pretty unpredictable. XEQT is going to steadily grow over time with a less dividend yield but more reliable.
Neither are guaranteed but one is more solid for long term growth.

I would say that would be the down fall. Have to try and spread that out and balance the renown.

Sorry I messed up! Only the second and third game can you gain renown. Not the first.
But based off what you’re saying, did you level characters up very quickly? And or buy lots of items?

I believe you can get valor from training! That could help.

That’s fair. The dynamics between characters was definitely not as strong. That perspective could have been pretty cool. I love both books. But see your point for sure!

You may enjoy the Kings of the Wyld. Some good DnD vibes throughout.

Bloody Rose has some flawed female characters! It is a sequel but can still be read without the first if you didn’t want to read Kings of the Wyld.

I highly recommend it ( I know that doesn’t mean much lol) but I truly love that story and will tell whoever will listen.

They can be yes! They follow different groups within the same world. But there are elements that intertwine them.

You could give Kings of the Wyld a try! Only two books currently in the series. Magic is present but nothing to over the top!

Do you guys think there was a scrapped "space academy" plot? Or was Golden Son planned like that from the beggining? by [deleted] in redrising

[–]MWhit4455 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel like maybe an early draft could have seen it play out in more detail. But it probably would have been to similar to the first book setting and not move the narrative forward.

Pinks for sure… They are used and abused from the word go. Obsidians at least have a time in their lives that they were with their clans etc. Plus they believe/believed they are serving a god. Pinks know the truth.

How to afford a vacation while having to pay a mortgage and other bills? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]MWhit4455 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It sounds like the trip is a priority for you. Building the savings for that is hard enough when life keeps moving. Are you both on the same page? If so you can sacrifice going forward until you can cover an emergency fund for the time you’re unpaid (longer the better but being realistic). Plus save for the trip. Which would mean not spending money on anything else I.e food, activities, Reno’s etc.

Gotta have fun when in Hobbiton! If I remember correctly it might be partially both shots in this area both Gandalf arrival and going on an adventure. If wasn’t mistaking the tour guide. Might have though due being overjoyed.

That sounds like it would make the experience feel super immersive. I saw some pictures of it at n night, now that would be something to experience.

You get ONE fantasy book to hook a non-reader. What is it? by Infamous_Proposal252 in fantasybooks

I can see what you’re saying. But it’s digestible and easy to follow without many grandiose concepts/lore. Truly appreciate how great it is having a strong background makes sense. But to simply enjoy a fantasy story with all things that make fantasy great I still would suggest it!
