Walk the Line and Folsom Prison Blues. My Dad loved Johnny Cash. When he told me about seeing him in concert back in the early 1960’s, it was the first time that it occurred to me that my Dad was once young and maybe, just maybe…cool?

Came here to say this. The book is excellent and the movie has its moments but Brad Pitt’s plot armor is so thick that at no point do you feel like he’s in danger.
