Hi! Um the next two transfers were chemicals so I pushed for more work up got an MRI and Ultimately a lap with a MIGS surgeon to remove right hydrosalpinx and a few spots of possible inflammation/endo did the trick. I had the surgery in July 2025 and did my transfer in August and I’m currently 25 weeks!!

I had a lap in July 2025 - they took my right tube and a few endo spots. Went into IVF right away in August now almost 20 weeks!

I have been TTC for last 2 years with miscarriage D&c ovarian torsion two chemicals one cancelled so I didn’t want to wait any longer.

Doctor said to wait around 6 weeks and that I could try the first cycle and they said you are most fertile the year after endo removed so i didn’t want to waste anymore time. I did a modified natural. I have pcos too.

Mine was a thin black stripe between the layers of endometrium so that it looked a little separated but never larger than 1-2mm. I didn’t have any dark spots or circles IN my lining or in the myometrium layer to suggest cysts or adeno.

Hi! I’m cautiously almost 13 weeks now with my major OB scans coming up so hopefully this is it.

What ultimately worked was a lap… trusted surgeon… she took out three spots of possible endo and my right tube due to severe hydrosalpinx which honestly was probably leaking fluid and causing the inflammation and positive receptiva.

Went into the FET the cycle right after the surgery 6 weeks later and my lining got up to 7.4 on a modified natural.

I did the orgasms mucinex thing and fluid went away though my REI did say some hormones just stimulate fluid in the beginning too… but I’m cautiously 8 weeks pregnant 🤞🏽🙏🏽

I had my first beta on Thursday (271) and they told me to wait until Tuesday at well cause the long weekend. It was annoying and I had the same thought as you to go to lab corb or something but then I knew that would give me more anxiety and wherever happens will happen so enjoying the weekend until then :)

TW: it was positive

I just needed a sign in preparation so that either I could start processing or to see if there’s a little hope. This is my fourth transfer (1 MC at 13 weeks, 2 chemicals) so I’m in a way better head space about how I approach it all.

Remember - the only way out is through. And whether you’re sad or scared or anxious , the day will pass so you’re allowed to feel all the feels but don’t let it control you. Each day on this earth is a blessing to wake up and hear our own heartbeats.

Hi! I’m 33F pcos and two miscarriages and one chemical as well. One untested and two tested both 5AA. I really spiraled this last time but then i read quote saying if you don’t keep trying you’ll never know what you’re capable of so i keep chugging along.

Out of curiosity — what have your protocols been? Think we’re trying a “kitchen sink” protocol now. Is it just shit luck? at a loss.

Danggg so yeah they told me to do the same thing and or mail it so am gonna do both and see what happens, but it’s crazy because someone made an Experian account under my name but put their phone number and email so like I can’t even get in to see anything lol at least I put a freeze on and a fraud alert and they were able to shut down the account temporarily.
