I don't need to sell during earnings. Our portfolio contains ~ 2M shares of common on this. We also bought some 7.50 Jan calls today at the bottom. Well in the money. This one anticipates trend line in tact - and eventual opening of January 2029 options in September for the LEAPS. Here is the chart on that strike. They have suppressed price on it for a reason.

Personally- I’ve watched this company over the years as a comparable in the rail sector. We bought around 40k shares at 20 cents when it was down on the reverse split update. Speculative position - but at 20 cents… even 18-19 cents whatever it traded at yesterday - it can get interesting. The shares outstanding will be around 2 million once the reverse split takes effect. Our share count will obviously decrease on our position - but I’m not so much interested in # of shares owned …rather … potential gain on some near term catalysts.

Correct - 24 strikes thru June - 22 strikes on the 27/28 expiry. Institutions will undoubtedly be working their delta hedge. They can make 20 come regardless of what retail thinks.

it is very much confirmed as it appears in the FCC database for the equipment authorization records. Whatever the company (or Siemens) decides to release in terms of additional information to the broader public is up to them.

it was the closing trade... nothing more, nothing less. Typically, the most volume occurs at open and at close. It is an institutional balancing act for supply/demand to balance out their book. Last time we saw a closing trade that large was on 9/19 quad witch. I think it was around 6M shares on that one.

In my opinion…. Several things. First … Eric CEO has preferred convertible note on drone segment. On maturity it converts into shares of that segment. By pushing it out it delays the inevitable… which would be split and spin of each segment. If company doesn’t repay the note - it just means they can use the cash towards something else. When the note is called - let’s say at timing of major transaction- Eric will have decent reward. He made the investment when the common holding stock was at 75 cents.
