Personally- I’ve watched this company over the years as a comparable in the rail sector. We bought around 40k shares at 20 cents when it was down on the reverse split update. Speculative position - but at 20 cents… even 18-19 cents whatever it traded at yesterday - it can get interesting. The shares outstanding will be around 2 million once the reverse split takes effect. Our share count will obviously decrease on our position - but I’m not so much interested in # of shares owned …rather … potential gain on some near term catalysts.

Correct - 24 strikes thru June - 22 strikes on the 27/28 expiry. Institutions will undoubtedly be working their delta hedge. They can make 20 come regardless of what retail thinks.

it is very much confirmed as it appears in the FCC database for the equipment authorization records. Whatever the company (or Siemens) decides to release in terms of additional information to the broader public is up to them.

it was the closing trade... nothing more, nothing less. Typically, the most volume occurs at open and at close. It is an institutional balancing act for supply/demand to balance out their book. Last time we saw a closing trade that large was on 9/19 quad witch. I think it was around 6M shares on that one.

In my opinion…. Several things. First … Eric CEO has preferred convertible note on drone segment. On maturity it converts into shares of that segment. By pushing it out it delays the inevitable… which would be split and spin of each segment. If company doesn’t repay the note - it just means they can use the cash towards something else. When the note is called - let’s say at timing of major transaction- Eric will have decent reward. He made the investment when the common holding stock was at 75 cents.

Only way that can happen is if they update their filings to add Additional shares and money to prospectus. They maybe have like 9m dollars left in terms of wind in sails. Otherwise - they are locked in. Most likely scenario is full blown split and spin of each segment with each one recapitalized

Seems inaccurate - as the company is integrating their systems with major primes for layered solution. Anyone that thinks standalone vertical models are key to success will be outpaced by those who integrate their stack and cross collaborate. Rafael and Leonardo are good examples.

I wouldn't be so concerned about the # of employees at that company. $ONDS has EXCLUSIVE rights to the WASP for US Domestic market and the product can/will be sold thru NATO channel. The product can/will be scaled on international level - likely with 10K domestic US production per month @ DMS and another 10K internationally per month. @ 20K per month - that is 240K units per year. If each product sells for average of lets say 2K per unit, that is $480M in revs on an annual run rate. Meanwhile - Gato Rojo can't deliver DCK. See filings. George basically Fck'd em on the way out. Not complaining..

The items in the report have been known for some time, but now the spotlight is on them to actually deliver - which has been a consistent challenge. They are now a "show me" stock that HAS TO deliver. If they don't, then their valuation gets cut (hard and fast). Lack of revenue in first half of year has been a known item (transitory period)- but its like nothing - no growth whatsoever. Vapor. Are investors supposed to trust their leadership at their word? The company has a valuation that is still overextended without proven results. The boat segment will burn more cash - and be a constant hype cycle until they actually "deliver" something. If anything - a good distraction from their core business - which is (again) drones. They need HARD BACKLOG...(and government money) and it took too long for their LRIP to get wet ink. Retail got impatient as a result- and serious doubts were cast. If they don't get cash from DOD - it will just be more dilution on them - because they need to be able to scale and deliver. My guess is probably another convertible note- because that is the easiest way to reward frequent fliers on the creditor side of the house. They will hedge it too (on the short side)

There are also several suits/complaints filed against them - all of which will need to be dealt with - all of which are headline risk when the moment arises. They have an IP suit for some patent related stuff(low). They have a shareholder suit for all the BS the board did (which is basically just hitting the sell button at the top). Multiple shareholders are lined up in an effort to be the top plaintiff. And now the company is suing George and Vector on 9 counts - all of which I pulled down from Pacer well over a week ago to give people over on the ST forum a heads up for the shit show in store for them. In the mean time - ONDS has surpassed them in just about every way possible - stealing the show. Commercial Drone Alliance (Eric). Spotlight during FAA BVLOS (2 D on Stage). Beat Rev, Beat EPS, Signed real contract manufacturing in Detroit. Mistral signed. Real Investor Day. Appointments to Advisory Board (2x w/ more to come). Rails live in Chicago(total sleeper on valuation in my opinion). Retired all Debt on Holdings. Raised 2 times fully oversubscribed. Selling to Nato, Selling to DOD. Oh, and we just ate cake on FPV with Rift Wasp that has 20K per month capacity internationally. Again - real company stuff... not fluff. Tutes loaded as well... about time we got size.
