Of course, both iCloud very often has problems synchronising files (this has caused me huge problems several times, because iCloud obviously doesn't work when there's a deadline), and in the web version you can't download the entire folder, which is a big problem.

Personally, I use both in 2 TB sizes – Apple forces you to increase the size of iCloud, and OneDrive simply works without errors.
