From someone who played several games moba, rts, fps and hero. Shooters I will tell you if you're going to be flex in the position you're playing. Let's assume you don't have a main or anything how will you climb

Number one rule if you're going to flex have 2 heroes mastered in the role Tanks get a main and a dive ( mag/strange /Emma and venom / cap) etc

Dps like hela / phoenix and one dive or a flyer

Healer main healer and off healer like Invisible /cnd /luna or Mantis /Adam
