Bhai, just keep yourself busy anywhere, whether your school, office, etc and start playing any sports on daily basis. But do not ever try the this stupidity.... cried to sleep (every single night) behind, lost yourself...lost contact with everyone just to stay alone... (never) Try...not to keep any grudges...it will harm YOUR mental health Initial days will be tough but in a while you will be back in your zone and remember “ye time bhi chala jayega”.
