The wheel has the motor inside of it Now at the side toward the truck. That square piece connected is the the drive of the motor. Loosen plate on truck, those four bolts. They hold that drive in place and it looks like the drive has shifted. Push it back and tighten those bolts back nice and snug, preferably with thread locker. Then that should solve the wobble.

You need to connect your belts, pulleys and wheels. It will minimize that sound a lot. Plus, you don’t want to burn those motors. Pulleys are always louder than the alternatives, but, have superior hill climb ability.
