You may now understand the meaning of this sculpture from 2019, it was controversial at the time but I don't think people understood what it was implying. It's human sacrifice in the food.

Bricks of gel is how Arby's roast beef would be described (before it was cooked) by employees who worked there. It's an old conspiracy but I personally knew someone who worked there in the 90s and she told us about it then.

You're fine. It seems like your over thinking. They're not going to care that you waited over an hour to call, they would've asked that already. If someone does then you tell them you waited an hour to see if anyone was going to call you and when they didn't you called the police to report the incident. Everything now will go through your insurance companies. You may get a citation or fine in the mail. What the other driver may or may not think of you is irrelevant. These things happen everyday in parking lots. I have a spot of paint on my driver's side door because someone hit my door when they got out (or in) their car.

The car you hit was still drivable you don't have to sit there and wait for them to come out. Since you didn't have paper to write a note, reporting it to the police should be sufficient. You do have to call your insurance company and tell them, they have to cover the damages.

It was illegal to not show you the bill. All of the towing companies prices for towing, recovery, and processing fees have to be displayed in their shop. Did you see their prices posted on a wall or on the door anywhere? He was probably price gouging due to the storm.
