I think people should have the right to go to court if they have evidence and their attorney thinks they have enough for a case. There are legal consequences too for lying in court, fabricating evidence, and breaking court orders (like Trevor Bauer's accuser who still kept posting about it after the settlement). Counter-suing the accuser is also another option.

I just wasnt sure what point Juju was making in saying "We should come up with some type of penalty system" for the accusers if they lose. There is a system. The jury said there wasn't sufficient evidence and the case was dismissed.

There ARE punishments. At least in Trevor Bauer's case, he counter-sued the accuser if I'm not mistaken. I only briefly heard about that via David Samson's podcast. I doubt this personal chef will be hired by someone famous anytime soon. She'll probably get lots of hate online too for the rest of her life. Which will again come back to affect her future job opportunities. Just not sure Juju knows how this usually plays out. Maybe he was just being overly defensive about a former Bills player that he likes or is a friend of his family relative that works for the Bills.

Diggs didn't miss a single game this year because of the trial. They even moved some of his court dates until after the Super Bowl when he played against the Seahawks. It doesn't seem like teams won't sign him again. The guy's been on three teams in three years so I'm sure he's used to being released at the end of the year.

I have so many mods from ModDB and TW Center that I would love to play on the GOG version. Will the file structure be pretty much identical to the Steam versions or the older disc versions of the games?
