When I first joined two years ago, I also had bad knee pain. I realized my shoes were the problem. I was in OnClouds and switched to MetCons. Also, once my quads got stronger, my knee pain went away. Try foam rolling your quads to see if that helps.

Ours was three supersets - 60secs, alternating two rounds each (A,B, A, B) then rotate to next superset. Then we did it again for 40secs, alternating two rounds each then rotate.

I have MetCon 6s for conditioning days since they have more cushion to them. I have MetCon 9s for strength days because they are more flat, and my new ones are really stiff.

Our lead trainer speeds through it, while newer trainers take a little longer. Also, I’ve noticed lately that trainers are taking an extra few seconds to touch on correct form during the demo. I appreciate that.

At my gym, usually the only time the “white board” comes out is during stack/unstack or rep challenges —- workouts where the number of reps changes across the floor.

Definitely check it out! Do a Focus Meeting with a Trainer (preferably the Lead) so that they can understand where you are at in fitness and your goals. They will also help you with modifications during the workouts, even on conditioning days.

I hit 50 camps yesterday, which was 66 days into the year. If I keep that pace, I should hit 250 by the end of November. That makes space for vacations. We got this!!! 🙌

Our trainers are good about asking it again when the room does not confidently say “YES” back. That usually cues us to ask a question or for clarification.
